This notice applies to AI-assisted, transcribed or automatically extracted content in Galant healthcare products. It is published on galantit.com for reference; contractual terms and in-product notices in live deployments take precedence.

Confirm the patient, source information, medication, dosage, allergy, diagnosis, investigation and plan before use. This product is not an emergency service and does not replace professional medical judgment.
Do not use this product to obtain emergency assistance. For a medical emergency, contact the locally applicable emergency service or follow the healthcare organisation’s emergency protocol immediately.

Galant healthcare products may use speech recognition, natural-language processing, rules, machine learning or large language models to create drafts, structure information, identify possible issues or support workflow. These functions are probabilistic and can produce incorrect, incomplete, outdated, biased or misleading content.
Known error types may include wrong patient or encounter context; missed or incorrectly inserted negation; medication, dosage, unit or frequency errors; confusion between similar drug or disease names; omitted symptoms or instructions; incorrect speaker attribution; background-noise or accent-related transcription errors; unsupported clinical inferences; outdated guideline or formulary information; and overconfident wording despite uncertainty.
Authorised healthcare professionals must independently review and confirm clinically significant information. Galant does not practise medicine and the software does not create a doctor-patient relationship between Galant and an individual.
Unless a specific use has been validated, licensed where required and contractually approved, users must not rely on the product as the sole basis for diagnosis, emergency triage, prescribing, treatment, referral, admission or discharge, interpretation of a critical result, or any decision likely to create a serious risk if wrong.
The customer organisation and user are responsible for providing required notice and obtaining required permission before recording or transmitting another person’s voice. The product should visibly indicate when recording or streaming is active. Deployment-specific retention and provider details are documented in customer agreements, not on this public summary page.
Marketing, demonstrations, training, documentation and UI language must remain within the intended use approved through Galant’s regulatory and clinical-safety process. A disclaimer cannot be used to market medical claims while attempting to avoid medical-device regulation.
